Terms and Conditions for Clash Deck Pro

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Clash Deck Pro mobile application (the "App") operated by Clash Deck Pro ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Modify, copy, create derivative works of, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Premium Features: Certain features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription ("Subscription").
• Payment: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store from which the App was downloaded. You agree to abide by Apple's terms and conditions regarding payments. We do not store or process your payment card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewable unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refunds: Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled solely by Apple. We do not have the ability to manage or process refunds.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements or for any websites, products, or services that they may link to.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its source code, design, graphics, and text (excluding Supercell-owned content), is the property of Clash Deck Pro and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Content Disclaimer: Clash Deck Pro is a companion app for the game Clash Royale. All card images, characters, names, and related trademarks are the property of Supercell. This content is not official and is not endorsed by Supercell. For more information, please see Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clash Deck Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
